How We Fixed It

Assembled and mounted 6-arm glass chandelier, adjusting chain length for optimal ceiling clearance and wiring to existing junction box. 2. Performed layout and leveling for a 100+ lb oversized mirror using heavy-duty toggle anchors. 3. Installed curtain rod hardware using level mounting and secure fastening into studs where available. 4. Mounted medium-scale wall art (19-36") using two-point mounting to prevent tilting. 5. Repositioned existing art to new specified heights.
How to Prevent This
- Always use two-point mounting for mirrors to distribute weight and prevent shifting. Ensure chandelier chain links are closed fully with pliers to prevent fixture failure.
