We bring stone samples on-site, lay them in your actual light, and design joint, pattern, and step detail with your designer.
Excavation & drainage
Old patio removed (if any), grade verified, French drains and downspout extensions installed before any base goes down.
Base & setting
Compacted base in lifts, then stone set tight by experienced masons — every piece individually fit, not slapped down.
Joint, seal & cure
Mortar or polymeric joints finished clean, sealed where appropriate, and cured before furniture or foot traffic.
Fixed-price, written, approved before we break ground.
Pricing includes excavation, base, drainage, stone, setting, and joint finish. Significant grade changes, retaining walls, and step systems quoted separately.
