Yes — we regularly install client- and designer-supplied doors and windows. We'll verify the order before delivery to catch sizing or swing errors early.

What's the lead time on custom entry doors?

Most custom mahogany or steel entry doors are 8–14 weeks from order. We can install a temporary slab in the existing opening if security is a concern.

Do you replace windows one at a time or whole-home?

Both. We can do a single failed unit or coordinate a full-home Marvin or Pella replacement package, including matched trim and brick-mold.

Will window install damage interior trim?

Properly executed, no. We carefully detrim the interior side, install the new unit, and reinstall or replace the casing to match — paint-ready.

Field measure & order

We measure rough openings, confirm swing and hinge side, and order direct from manufacturer with proper finish and hardware prep.

Prep the opening

Out with the old, re-frame and re-header as needed, install pan flashing and weather-resistive barrier on exterior openings.

Set, shim, fasten

Set jambs plumb and level in both planes, shim at every hinge and lockset, fasten to framing — not drywall.

Trim, hardware, weatherproof

Install casing, brick mold, lockset, and weatherstrip. Exterior openings are sealed and caulked to manufacturer detail.
