Yes — we encourage it. Fixtures are opened, inventoried against the schedule, and any back-order issues flagged early, not on install day.

Can you adjust rough-ins for new fixtures?

Within reason. Minor height and centerline adjustments are common; major rough relocations are quoted as a separate scope after measurement.

Do you install wall-hung toilets and vessel sinks?

Yes — both regularly. Wall-hung toilets require a Geberit or Toto carrier set perfectly true; vessel sinks need precise drain heights.

What if my designer's fixture arrives damaged?

We photograph and document the damage and stop work on that fixture until a replacement arrives — and coordinate with your designer or the showroom.
