Footings, CMU firebox, chimney (if applicable), and stone veneer installed by experienced masons.
Burner & commission
Licensed gas plumber sets the burner, key valve, and any electronic ignition — then we light, test, and walk you through use.
Fixed-price, written, approved before we break ground.
Pricing covers footings, masonry, veneer, burner, and gas trim. Significant grading, electronic ignition, and integrated seating walls quoted separately.
