Factory-grade cabinet refinishing — without ripping out your kitchen.
Your cabinet boxes are likely solid maple, walnut, or quarter-sawn oak. Replacing them costs $40K and weeks of disruption. We strip, sand, prime, and spray them to factory-grade smoothness — in a controlled on-site booth, with conversion varnish or post-cat lacquer engineered for kitchens.
Spray-booth quality finishes on the cabinets you already own.
- Cabinets are solid wood but the finish is dated or yellowed
- You're updating a kitchen without a full remodel
- Designer specified a Benjamin Moore color for the perimeter or island
- Doors and drawers show wear at handles, edges, and rails
- You want a two-tone island + perimeter look
- Built-ins or a primary-bath vanity need to match a new wall color
Every cabinet refinishing project, fully scoped.
Strip, Prep & Prime
- Doors and drawers labeled, removed, and transported to spray booth
- Hardware bagged, labeled, and protected
- Existing finish deglossed, sanded, and degreased
- Grain-filled when needed for true smooth finish
- Adhesion-promoting bonding primer (BIN, Stix, or Extreme Bond)
- Boxes masked and sprayed in-place with negative-pressure containment
Finish System
- Conversion varnish or post-cat lacquer (Milesi, ML Campbell)
- HVLP spray application — no brush marks, no orange peel
- Two to three finish coats with sanding between
- Sheen tuned to spec: matte, satin, or semi-gloss
- Soft-close hinges and pulls reinstalled or upgraded
- Final cure verified before doors and drawers go back
A clear path from color consult to final walk-through.
On-site assessment
We open doors, inspect substrate, and test adhesion to confirm refinishing is the right call (and not a replacement).
Color & sheen sample
We spray a full sample door in your chosen color and sheen so you approve under your actual kitchen lighting.
Shop spray + on-site booth
Doors and drawers go to our shop spray booth. Boxes are sprayed in-place inside a sealed plastic containment with HEPA negative air.
Reinstall & punch
Doors, drawers, and hardware are reinstalled and adjusted; we walk the kitchen with you for final approval.
Flat-rate, written, approved before we start.
Pricing covers labor, materials, on-site containment, and hardware reinstall. Glaze finishes, color-matched touch-up kits, and hardware upgrades quoted separately.
