Cedar, mahogany, and ipe finishes that survive North Texas summers.
Mahogany doors, cedar fences, ipe decks, and stained beams need the right finish — not exterior paint. We sand to bare wood, treat for tannins, and apply marine-grade or penetrating oil systems matched to species, exposure, and the look you want.
Specialty stain and sealing for cedar, mahogany, and ipe.
- Mahogany front door is graying or losing varnish
- Cedar fence is silvered and you want warmth restored
- Ipe deck has lost its color and dries to gray each summer
- Pergola or stained beams show UV breakdown
- Garage doors (real wood or composite) need refinishing
- Outdoor furniture needs annual oil treatment
Every stain & sealing project, fully scoped.

Species & finish review
We identify the wood, current finish, and exposure, then recommend a system — film-forming, semi-transparent, or penetrating oil.
Strip & sand
Existing finish is stripped or sanded back, wood is brightened, and the surface is allowed to fully dry before stain.
Stain & seal
We apply the recommended number of coats per system, wet-on-wet where required, and remove excess oil before flash-off.
Maintenance plan
We document the system used and schedule (optional) yearly maintenance so the finish never fully fails.
Flat-rate, written, approved before we start.
Pricing depends on species, condition, and existing finish removal. Annual maintenance plans available at reduced rates for clients on our care list.
