We walk the home (or read the plans) and discuss how each room is used, when, and by whom. We photograph and sketch.
Reflected ceiling plan
You receive a marked-up plan showing every fixture, beam angle, color temperature, and keypad — for your approval before a hole is cut.
Fixture & control spec
We provide the fixture cut sheets, a Lutron keypad engraving schedule, and a single transparent budget.
Install & aim
Installation is done in coordinated phases with your painter and drywaller. We return after paint to aim every accent.
Scene programming
We program your scenes with you in the room at the time of day each scene matters — and leave printed reference cards.
Flat-rate, written, approved before we start.
Design fees are credited toward the installation when you proceed. Fixture costs are passed through at our trade pricing, transparently.
