Permit & build
Permits pulled, demo and footings completed first, then framing, decking, railings, and stairs by our in-house carpenters.
Punch & seal
Hardware torqued, fasteners sanded flush, decking sealed (where applicable), and a written care guide handed off.
Fixed-price, written, approved before we break ground.
