Terms of Service

3.1 Scheduling

You may book services through our website, phone, or email. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by Creative Constructors LLC.

3.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. Home Shield included visits follow Section 5.5 instead; membership cancellation follows Section 5.4 with no cancellation fee.

3.3 Access to Property

You agree to provide safe and timely access to your property for scheduled services. If we are unable to access your property at the scheduled time, you may be charged a service call fee. Home Shield included visits follow Section 5.5 instead.

4.1 Service Fees

Pricing for services will be provided in advance through quotes or estimates. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work required.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payment via cash, check, credit card, or online payment through Stripe.

4.3 Emergency Services

Emergency services may be subject to additional fees due to after-hours or expedited service requirements.

5.1 Subscription Terms

Home Shield is a subscription-based preventive maintenance membership available in two plans, each billed in advance and renewing automatically until cancelled:

Members authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file until cancellation. We provide at least 30 days' written notice before any membership price change.

Monthly plans are billed automatically each month and annual plans once per year, in each case in advance of the coming period. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy. A failed or reversed payment pauses scheduling and membership benefits until the account is current, and a membership that remains unpaid after written notice may be cancelled.

5.4 Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel at any time by email or through the client portal. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal when received before the next billing date. There is no cancellation fee, the membership remains active through the current paid period, and partially used billing periods are not prorated or refunded. If we cannot provide an included visit, we will offer a rescheduled visit or an appropriate credit or refund.

5.5 Scheduling and Unused Time

We establish a preferred recurring service window with each member; exact dates, arrival times, and technician assignments are not guaranteed. Rescheduling requires at least two business days' notice, with one courtesy late change allowed in any rolling six-month period. After that, a late cancellation, missed appointment, or inability to access the property counts as the included visit for that billing period. Weather, safety, or company-initiated changes are rescheduled without loss of the visit. Included visit time does not roll over, accumulate, transfer, or convert to cash or credit.

5.6 Service Limitations

Home Shield is a preventive maintenance service — it is not insurance, a home warranty, an emergency-response plan, or unlimited labor. Emergency and after-hours service, major repairs, remodels, installations, roofing, appliance repair, large painting projects, major plumbing or electrical work, and permit-required work are outside the membership and quoted separately. Materials, parts, permits, equipment, and third-party charges are not included unless specifically stated, and separately billed work begins only after the member's approval. Priority scheduling gives members preference over comparable non-member requests but does not guarantee same-day service or emergency availability. The member project discount applies to our self-performed labor only (up to $500 per project) and excludes materials, permits, equipment rental, subcontractors, design fees, emergency work, and third-party charges, and cannot be combined with other promotions. Separately billed work requires written approval; default spending authorization is $0.

6.1 Workmanship Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our workmanship, please contact us within 30 days of service completion, and we will work to make it right.

6.2 Parts and Materials

Parts and materials are warranted according to the manufacturer's warranty. We are not responsible for defects in materials or parts beyond our control.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.3 Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
