Monthly Visit — Up to 2 Technician-Hours
One scheduled monthly visit of up to two technician-hours for inspection, preventive maintenance, documentation, and small repairs within time, access, materials, safety, and scope.

A rotating checklist tuned to North Texas weather — so the right things are checked at the right time of year.
Small Repairs & Punch-List Items
Loose hardware, sticky doors, running toilets, bulbs, and caulk gaps are examples of small repairs within the included time and scope. Materials and parts are separate unless stated.
Priority Scheduling
Preference over comparable non-member requests for additional service and projects, without guaranteed same-day availability or emergency response.
Monthly Home Condition Report
A written condition report with photos, ordinarily within two business days. This is a maintenance record, not a code inspection or guarantee against future failures.
Preferred Member Labor Rate
Approved work beyond the included visit is billed at a member rate of $95 per technician-hour, in 30-minute increments — always approved by you first.
10% Off Larger Approved Projects
Members save 10% on eligible self-performed labor for larger approved projects, up to $500 per project. Materials, permits, equipment rental, subcontractors, design fees, emergency work, and third-party charges are excluded; cannot combine with promotions.

Written approval is required for separately billed work, with $0 default spending authorization. Home Shield is not insurance, a warranty, or emergency service.

The 10% project discount applies to our self-performed labor, up to $500 per project, excluding materials, permits, equipment rental, subcontractors, design fees, emergency work, and third-party charges; cannot combine with promotions. Default authorization for separately billed work is $0 and written approval is required. Unused time does not roll over. Emergency and after-hours service are excluded. Cancel anytime by email or the client portal before the next billing date to stop renewal; no cancellation fee, active through the paid period without proration.
