Eero is fine for small homes (<3,000 sq ft) and renters. Ubiquiti UniFi is the sweet spot for most luxury homes. Ruckus or Cisco Meraki for 8,000+ sq ft estates with 100+ devices.

Do I really need VLANs?

If you run cameras, smart locks, and 30+ IoT devices — yes. VLAN segmentation prevents a compromised device from reaching the rest of your network.

What's the monthly fee for?

Remote monitoring, proactive firmware updates, and unlimited phone/email support — we typically resolve issues before you notice.

Can you pre-wire during construction?

Yes — pre-wire during framing is the ideal time. We coordinate with your GC and pull Cat-6A to every TV, AP, camera, and rack location.
