Whole-House Repipe

PEX and copper repipes that protect your home for the next 50 years.

Galvanized, polybutylene, and pinhole-prone copper don't get better with age. We repipe the home in PEX-A or Type-L copper with minimal drywall access, finish-trade coordination, and a city-inspected, pressure-tested system that's warrantied for the life of the home.

When You Need This

Replace failing supply lines with modern PEX or copper.

  • Repeated pinhole leaks in older copper
  • Original galvanized supply (1960s and earlier)
  • Polybutylene pipe (gray or blue 1970s–90s)
  • Discolored water at fixtures throughout the home
  • Multiple slab leaks pointing to system-wide failure
  • Insurance carrier is requiring repipe before renewal

Our Process

A clear path from first call to final pressure test.

01

Walk-through & system design

We document every fixture, photograph current piping, and design the repipe layout — manifold or trunk-and-branch — for your home.

02

Access mapping

Every needed access cut is marked on the wall in pencil before any saw runs — minimizes drywall, maximizes speed.

03

Repipe & inspect

New lines are run, valved, and pressure-tested. The city inspector signs off before drywall closes.

04

Restoration

Our drywall, texture, and paint partners restore every access patch to match — you shouldn't be able to find the cuts.
