Our Diagnosis
A visual inspection confirmed the master bath plumbing vent was completely obstructed by debris. Furthermore, a failure of the wax ring seal was identified at the master toilet, leading to subfloor moisture and carpet saturation.
Root cause
Outdoor debris accumulation in uncovered vent stacks caused a vacuum pressure imbalance, while an aged or improperly seated wax ring allowed effluent to leak during flush cycles.
How We Fixed It

How to Prevent This
