The Challenge
A homeowner in the DFW area wanted permanent LED accent lighting installed around the full exterior of his home — the kind of curb appeal upgrade that works for holidays, game days, or just every night of the week. The catch was the house. Multiple contractors had already turned the job down because the roofline was too high and too complex to reach safely with a ladder. He called us.
Our Solution
We showed up with an articulating lift. While other companies were saying no, we were already on the roof line running Govee permanent outdoor lights around the full exterior of the home. The articulating boom gave us safe, controlled access to every elevation of the house — no shortcuts, no sketchy ladder setups, no leaving sections undone because they were too hard to reach. The system was installed clean, connected, and fully operational before we rolled the lift back out.
The Result
Full exterior permanent lighting on a house that every other contractor walked away from. The homeowner gets app-controlled LED accents he can change for any occasion — and he didn't have to settle for a partial install or find three different companies to piece it together.
